In Part 1, I discussed some of the overall theories that are written or weaved into this Universal Fabric, from the scientific and quantum physical perspective. I want, this time, to finish the transposition of that session. Again, please bare with me as I translate my meanderings (originally voice to text) in a hopefully lucid manner. :
One line (of possibilities in the development of the RISE OF THE MOMENTS universe, which we can call the "Momentsverse") is that the Moments each are attached to an individual, and that individual is across all dimensions of a multi-verse, so that one Moment's job is that individual person's life in all universes and all dimensions.
For instance, in the movie "The One", Jet Li's characters were going across dimensions to kill the other versions of his character in a multi-verse scenario. In this case, as in comic books, the same character resides in several different parallel universes, and the Moment is attached to that character. That one Moment holds all their "moments" within his astral body, in this case.
When the Moment no longer has that character to register, he then recycles to cover someone else's life character across the parallels. If, for instance, the Moment is confused and holds on to another person's memories and fingerprint (let's say "stamp"), then that Moment has broken protocol or has defected from his role. This may be what happened to the Moment that in included in the story of Joe Splitt. In this scenario, the Moment has gone rogue. The body that governs the Moments must then eradicate that Moment in order to reset or reinitialize him for duty. Moments cannot be destroyed once they are. They can only be re-purposed.
With regards to after lives, or after life, the Moment is still attached to that person, or may be re-purposed as different entity takes over that Moment's duties once the person has expired. We can explore that one, later. When religions believe in reincarnation, it is an instance where a Moment has not fully released the previous life from his memory. The Moment is "characteristic."
With regards to time, Moments are not tied to a particular measurement of time in any dimension. That is to say: when Moments happen, they may happen in any world or galaxy within or without the known universe. Time measurements do not matter to Moments. Moments happen when they happen regardless of time constraints, and may have varying lengths of time engagement, in relation to the humans they monitor.
As you can see, some of these concepts made it into the book, but others were just thoughts that helped shape the story, although not included.
